Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within Denmark. Please note that extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

• Parcel shop delivery: 49 DKK

• Home delivery: 69 DKK

If there is no space at the selected parcel shop, your package may be redirected to the nearest available location. You will be notified if this happens.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays and Out-of-Stock Items
In the event of a delay, backorder, or an out-of-stock item, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives or a full refund.

Returns and Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
